Intellectual Property Management System Implementation
(Symphony – Maxval) – ADAMA
As part of a global project led by the Syngenta Group, it was decided to transition all group companies to a unified intellectual property management system (Symphony – Maxval).
The project involved migrating multiple companies from different systems into one platform, while maintaining strict data separation and high-level information security.

Brightflag System Specification & SAP Integration
– ADAMA
As part of an initiative led by the parent company, it was decided to transition the management of legal invoices to the Brightflag system, including integration with SAP for financial management and documentation, as well as preparation for integration with the IP system for linking to intellectual property matters.

A need was identified for a centralized management tool to consolidate field data via the EZGuard system data.
Recognizing the system’s potential, I initiated and proposed the dashboard concept to management, leading to a significant improvement in the company’s management approach.
Energy Consumption Dashboard Specification
– Open Energy NZO
I joined the project after a partial specification phase conducted by an external party, which had not matured into a clear and actionable document for development. The project aimed to build a website featuring advanced dashboards for monitoring electricity consumption in Israel.
