Incomplete and non-actionable existing specification
-
High complexity of data coming from multiple sources
-
Need to understand external data and translate it into a new presentation layer
-
Converting complex datasets into clear and intuitive visual dashboards

Working closely with the client and design team
-
Building a solid foundation for the development phase
What I Did in Practice
-
Analyzed the existing specification and identified gaps
-
Took full ownership of the specification process and redefined it
-
Gained deep understanding of data sources and their usage
-
Reviewed external systems and extracted insights for improvement
-

Outcome
-
Delivered a complete and clear specification document that served as the foundation for development
-
Aligned client, design, and development teams for the next stages of the project
My Unique Contribution
I stepped into a complex project at a challenging stage, completed an unfinished specification, and transformed complex data into a clear and actionable development plan.
