Management Dashboard Implementation

Background

A need was identified within the organization for a central management tool to consolidate field data through the EZGuard system, enabling managers to monitor and control ongoing activities in real time.

Based on the understanding that the existing system could be leveraged to collect data and build a management tool, I initiated the idea of the dashboard and proposed the concept to management, leading to a significant improvement in the company’s management approach.

Main Challenges

  • Adapting the existing system to collect data from multiple sources

  • Consolidating the data into a monthly management dashboard to track field activity and performance against company goals

  • Ensuring data accuracy and usability for a wide range of users 

Objective

To adapt and implement the EZGuard system while building and implementing a management dashboard that centralizes data, enables full visibility over field operations, and serves as a key management tool in leadership discussions.

My Role

  • Initiating and leading the dashboard concept

  • Translating organizational needs into dashboard structure and defining relevant KPIs

  • Managing training and user adoption across different levels

  • Ensuring smooth and effective integration with the existing system
