Background
A need was identified within the organization for a central management tool to consolidate field data through the EZGuard system, enabling managers to monitor and control ongoing activities in real time.
Based on the understanding that the existing system could be leveraged to collect data and build a management tool, I initiated the idea of the dashboard and proposed the concept to management, leading to a significant improvement in the company’s management approach.

Objective
To adapt and implement the EZGuard system while building and implementing a management dashboard that centralizes data, enables full visibility over field operations, and serves as a key management tool in leadership discussions.

During the work with Natanella, a central management tool based on the EZGuard system was proposed and implemented, aiming to consolidate field data and enable real-time control and monitoring of organizational activity.
Natanella identified an organizational need that had not been fully addressed and proposed a solution in the form of a management dashboard based on the existing system.
