Development & Implementation of a New Version of the EZGuard System

Background

As part of my work at EZGuard, I led the development and launch of a new version of the system (Web and mobile app), working closely with development teams and end users.

Main Challenges

  • Managing a development project that included both a website and a mobile application

Objective

To lead the development and launch of a new system version, while improving workflows, optimizing task management, and ensuring alignment with user needs.

My Role

  • Managing the work of development teams 

  • Leading task management processes and implementing work tools

  • Managing system testing (QA)

  • Working with beta customers and supporting implementation

  • Translating user needs into development requirements

What I Did in Practice

  • Managed development team tasks and led ongoing workflows

  • Implemented ClickUp for task management, adapting it to different users 

  • Led daily meetings and continuously tracked progress

  • Wrote test documents and performed system testing

  • Managed work with beta customers, including training and support

  • Collected field requirements and translated them to development teams
